Overview
Psoriasis is the localized thickened skin patches. This is a chronic condition though it is non-contagious in nature. The condition arises due to excessive production of cells. It may have a mild to severe effect on any part of the body.
People with psoriasis often suffer from obesity, congestive heart failure, and diabetes.
Treatment & Procedure
Body joints are affected in about one-third of psoriasis-affected patients. The condition is known as psoriatic arthritis which appears between 30 and 40. It is not curable, only the medications help in controlling the situation.
